据国外媒体报导，微软周三宣布，将于今年 (2009年) 6月30日起停止销售其MS Money财务管理软件。据称，微软作出此决定是出于两个方面的原因：一是MS Money软件市场需求下降，二是微软需要压缩开支。从微软的表态来看，这个结果不是技术上的原因，但它也没有把真正的原因说出来。其实，真正的原因是微软在这个领域与Intuit争夺以失败告终。而Intuit就是认为，自己的产品更受欢迎。

古代国之重器（2）：礼地黄琮 (Top treasure of ancient China (2): Yellow Cong to Worship Earth)

这是新石器时代的良渚大玉琮，号称琮王。雕刻精美，震撼人心
This is the Jade Tube(Cong) of Liangzhu culture (良渚文化) during the the big yellow cong from Neolithic age (新石器时代), and is known as the Cong King. Its exquisite carve is a big surprise to modern people.

新石器时代属于我国原始社会，在历史学中，当时的社会还处于生产力低下的刀耕火种时期，而这些体型硕大，雕刻精美，甚至可以一节一节的链接到一起的玉琮是如何加工出来的，现代的工艺也很难达到，究竟是做什么用的？有人说这是“罔头”也就是古代车轱辘的轴和车链接部位的零件，有人说这是神器，古代巫术用于通天地鬼神的祭祀用具。种种猜测不一而足，其神秘还无法考证和破解，难道古老的中国真的曾经存在过史前文明？难道古老的中国曾经真的有过外星人光顾带来过先进技术，后来失传而留下这些物品被后人供奉？其神秘，有待于我们后人去挖掘和考证。

New Stone Age (新石器时代)is a period of Primitive Society (原始社会) in China. In historiography (历史学), it was still in a low productive slash and burn (刀耕火种) period. But these Jade Congs have large dimensions and are decorated in such elegant patterns, and they can even be connected together one by one. Their crafts are even beyond modern technologies. So, how are they achieved? What is made for? Some say that it is a “wang tou” (“辋头”), namely, the part that connects wheel with axle on ancient vehicles. Some say that it is an ancient magic (paranormal) (巫术 for sacrifice appliance to reach gods and ghosts. There are different assumptions. Its mysteriousness still can not establish a textual criticism and be explained. Is it possible that there is a hidden history in China? Is it possible that aliens indeed visited China and brought advanced technologies that are lost in history but left those pieces as their traces for later generations to respect? All these mysteries are still waiting for us to discover and study.

波兰新发行民主选举20周年纪念邮票

6月4日对于波兰人民是一个重要的日子，因为就在20年前的这一天，波兰实现了议会的自由选举。波兰人民把这一天当作自己的自由之日，他们用各种方式纪念这次不流血的革命。波兰邮政局在这一天发行了一套一枚纪念邮票。邮票上的“Czerwiec”就是波兰文“六月”的意思。所以整个邮票中心就是“1989年6月4日”。下面写的是“议会选举20周年”。左边是工会领导人瓦文萨的头像。他领导的独立团结工会赢得了这次的议会选举。右边是“Polska”，就是“波兰”，表示这是波兰发行的邮票。
